We’re not quite into last-minute territory yet, but with just a week and a half to go before Valentine’s Day, it’s time to book that romantic getaway.

FREE AIRFARE, UPGRADES
Sunquest’s Mediterranean cruise sale comes with free airfare for second passengers, plus free stateroom upgrades, for bookings made by Feb. 15 for travel March 30 – June 30. Seven, 11 and 12-night Med itineraries with MSC Cruises are all part of the deal.
The free air amounts to about $750 in savings, while the stateroom upgrade bumps passengers from an inside to an outside stateroom, an outside to a standard balcony stateroom, or a standard balcony to a superior balcony stateroom. Metropolitan Hotels, with three properties in Toronto and Vancouver, is inviting guests to ‘Make it a Met Long Weekend’ with a third night free deal.
The promotion runs through May 21 and applies to any three nights (Thursdays to Mondays), making it an option not just for a Valentine’s weekend but also Family Day and March Break.
Here in Toronto, the Soho Metropolitan leads in at $299 per night with this deal, while the Metropolitan Hotel starts at $169 per night.
