Tractor-trailer crash shuts Hwy. 401 ramp

A tractor-trailer carrying scrap metal and cars rolled over in the southbound lanes of Hwy. 400 just before 11 a.m. Thursday, closing part of the highway and the ramp to eastbound Hwy. 401for several hours. The truck driver suffered minor injuries.
