2012 PROMOTIONS
The Blue Jays are doubling the number of bobbleheads on giveaway nights, continuing Tweeting Tuesdays and trying to create a better pregame atmosphere outside the Rogers Centre on summer Fridays.
Here’s a look at the full promotional schedule for this season:

Weekly Promotions
Blackberry Tweeting Tuesdays. Tweeting Tuesdays return , where fans can use their mobile devices to interact with players and team officials and enter exclusive contests and giveaways throughout the game.
Lesters Grand Slam Combo Fridays. For eight Friday home games, fans will be able to purchase an “all-in” ticket for the game, which includes all-you-can-eat for certain concessions, including pop, hot dogs and chips. The price is still to be determined, but will likely be near the $39 ticket price of last year. The tickets are only sold for select areas of the 200 level.
Jr. Jays Saturdays. Children 14 and under receive a 50 per cent discount on tickets in the 200-level outfield and 500 level at every Saturday home game.
Summer Friday Fan Festivals. On Friday home games in July and August, the Jays are hoping to create a tailgating atmosphere outside the stadium before games.
The “fan festivals” will include music, BBQ, a beer garden, and fan activities on the west-side of the ballpark.
“We’re trying to get that culture of coming down to the ballpark early, enjoying the atmosphere, creating atmosphere outside the stadium,” said Blue Jays senior vice-president Stephen Brooks.
The “fan festivals” will kick off on Canada Day with a Sunday afternoon game vs. the Los Angeles Angels of Anaheim.
