Jays spring move all but complete

-

A deal that would see the Blue Jays and Astros move from their current spring training bases and share a facility in Palm Beach Gardens, Fla., as early as 2016 is “95 per cent” done, Houston owner Jim Crane told mlb.com. “The Blue Jays have committed and signed a letter of intent, so we’re ready to move forward,” Crane said. The Jays have been based in Dunedin, Fla., since they began in 1977, while the Astros have been in Kissimmee, Fla.
