Man wielding knife at court arrested

Aknife-wielding man was arrested in Scarborough on Friday after becoming worked up while settling a parking ticket. Police were called to the Toronto East Traffic Court on Markham Rd. around 1 p.m. and took the man into custody.

No one was injured and police are still investigating what agitated him.
