Cavs collapse, fall to Pistons

CLEVELAND— The Detroit Pistons used an 18-0 run in the second quarter to roll past the Cavaliers 103-80 on Sunday. The Cavs lost despite double-doubles by Kevin Love (20 points, 10 rebounds), LeBron James (17, 10) and Tristan Thompson (18, 11). The Pistons are 2-0 since releasing forward Josh Smith.
