Re Politics and the pianist, Letters April 11 Letter writer Ian Cosh asks in his comment about l’affaire Lisitsa, “Imagine if the Canadian government labeled Quebec separatist­s as ‘terrorists’ and sent the army to Quebec on an ‘anti-terrorist operation’.” Perhaps Mr. Cosh needs to be reminded that the Trudeau government did just that in October 1970 in response to the FLQ, a Quebec separatist group?
