Gas prices inexplicable

Why the great difference in gas prices from city to city? Or even station to station? On May 13, the price at Queens Quay and Bathurst in Toronto was 110.9. Near Bloor and Bathurst it was 105.9.

I filled up the same day in Barrie for 98.9, which was available at the many stations I passed. Any explanations? Mike Faye, Toronto
