A few things to know about the Astros: ROAD WARRIORS One of the surprise success stories of the baseball season thus far, the Astros have the best record in the American League and a five-game lead atop the Angels for first in the AL West. Houston also has the best road record in the majors at 15-8. ONE-RUN WIZARDS Houston is 11-6 in one-run games this year, the best mark in the AL. The Blue Jays, by comparison, have the second-worst mark in the league at 3-12. SULTANS OF SWAT The Astros have hit the most home runs in the AL this season and also struck out more often than any other team. None of their hitters rank in the top 10 in homers, but they have seven players with five or more bombs. They have six players with strikeout rates higher than 25 per cent. NO RELIEF The Jays won’t have to face Astros ace and AL pitcher of the month

Dallas Keuchel. But they will have to tangle with Houston’s bullpen, which is among the best in baseball and second only to Kansas City in ERA. Righty Will Harris has allowed just one earned run this season. Only Yankees righty Dellin Betances — who has yet to allow a run — is better among relievers with at least 20 innings pitched.
