Fan Friday

IN SUPPORT OF MAKE-A-WISH CANADA On Fan Friday, your Ontario Honda Dealers will cover the cost of admission for everyone to check out the spectacle and excitement of the Honda Indy Toronto, in exchange for a donation to Make-A-Wish® Canada. With generous support from fans, Honda Canada and the Ontario Honda Dealers have raised more than $200,000 for Make-A-Wish®. Although entrance to the grounds is covered by the Honda Dealers, access to the IndyCar Series paddock is not and a Paddock Pass is required.

The Tunnel

Elevators in the main Direct Energy Centre hallway provide access to a tunnel leading to the inside of the track (AdrenalineFest, TasteFest, CraftBeerFest, Verizon IndyCar Series Paddock, etc.) as an accessible alternative to crossing the Honda Bridge.

Alcohol and Liquor

No alcoholic beverages may be brought onto the race grounds. Alcoholic beverages can be purchased on-site and are not permitted to leave the designated licensed areas. Any guest purchasing, in possession of, or consuming alcohol must be 19 years of age or older and able to prove their age by showing valid photo identification.

Beer Gardens

There will be a central beer garden located near food vendors and interactive exhibits. Vendors selling beer will roam across the Honda Indy Toronto, as the grounds are fully licensed for alcohol service.

Food and Beverage Service

The Honda Indy Toronto constantly strives to provide a greater variety of food and beverage options. Outside food and/or beverages are not allowed with the exception of an empty water bottle. Free fountain water is available on-site within the Direct Energy Centre, Allstream Centre, and at multiple outdoor refilling stations.

ATMs

ATMs are located in the Direct Energy Centre.

Inclement Weather

Typically, events will continue even if it rains. The Honda Indy works very hard to maintain the full schedule if racing is at all possible. In certain instances, races may be delayed, and on rare occasion, cancelled. If the event is cancelled, there will be no refund on tickets due to policy.

Washrooms

Permanent washrooms are located in the Direct Energy Centre and Allstream buildings. Portable washrooms are also conveniently located in various places on-site.

Customer Service

A customer service office will be located in the Direct Energy Centre (DEC). The ticket box office will also be located there. Ticket upgrades, ticket issue resolutions and Verizon IndyCar Series Paddock passes can be purchased at this location. Ticket booths will also be located at each of the Spectator Gates.

Lost and Found

Lost and Found items are taken to the customer service office, located in Salon 109B in the Direct Energy Centre during the event weekend. After race weekend, please call 416-588-7223 x215 for information on lost items.

Emergency Information

First Aid stations will be set up on-site. If at any time you are in need of emergency assistance, please notify a nearby racetrack volunteer, roaming EMS personnel, or security. The medical/first aid centre can be found in Direct Energy Centre.

Police

A police command post will also be set up on the event grounds.
