Polar expeditions are a photographer’s dream,
GAdventures’ latest sale takes travellers to just about the top of the world — and the bottom. The adventure travel specialist is offering early booking savings worth 15 per cent off select trips to the Arctic and 10 per cent off select trips to Antarctica. Bookings must be made by June 30, 2015 for travel in 2016. Way up north, G Adventures’ Realm of the Polar Bear is an eight-day exploration of the Svalbard Archipelago. A longer option, Realm of the Polar Bear in Depth, adds three extra days. Down south, trips include the 11-day Antarctica Classic, the 13-day Antarctica Classic in Depth and the 22-day Falklands, South Georgia & Antarctic Islands. All five itineraries sail on the MS Expedition, offering ensuite cabins and all meals onboard. Off-season Europe savings Prices for Insight Vacations’ offseason Europe tours are up to 27 per cent less, on average, than rates for trips in the high-season summer months. The company is also offering discounts worth up to 7.5 per cent off fall, winter and spring trips booked and paid in full by Aug. 31, 2015, for travel in late 2015 and early 2016. The 11-day Best of Italy starts in Rome and travels to Assisi, Venice, Florence and Sorrento. There’s also a two-week trip to southern Spain and Morocco.
