Donaldson back in home-run derby

Blue Jays third baseman Josh Donaldson will compete in the home-run derby on Monday in Cincinnati as part of Major League Baseball’s allstar festivities. The 29-year-old, who leads the Jays with 21 homers this season, will compete against the Chicago Cubs’ Anthony Rizzo in the first round of a revised derby format, which this year will feature singleelimination, tournament-style competition. Donaldson was part of the derby last year while with Oakland.
