The Seven Good Years, Etgar Keret

You may know this Tel Aviv writer from This American Life. The titular seven good years refers to the period between the birth of Keret’s son, Lev, and the death of his father, Ephraim, and though he calls his book a memoir it is really a series of personal essays written over seven years. And so we have his thoughts on terrorism, a visit to Euro Disney in Paris, sitting shiva for his dad and more.
