Cirque du Soleil’s Toruk
Bell Centre, 1909 Avenue des Canadiens-de-Montréal, Montreal Dec. 21, 2015 to Jan. 3, 2016 Toruk is a magical performance inspired by James Cameron’s Avatar. Set on the distant moon of Pandora, this touring show explores events that take place thousands of years before those depicted in the film.
Camille Boitel’s L’Immédiat
TOHU, 2345 Jarry St. E. Feb. 16-21, 2016 This homage to destruction is a combination of circus, dance and theatre. Six performers undulate acrobatically among a hodgepodge of objects like atoms in a chaotic universe.
Théâtre Motus’ Baobab
TOHU, 2345 Jarry St. E. March 24-28, 2016 In the middle of an African drought, a small boy emerges from the nut of a baobab tree to bring the village back its water source. A mesmerizing display of shadows, masks, puppets, and music tells his beautiful story.
École Nationale de Cirque — two alternating shows

TOHU’s Falla Festival
