LEAFS TROOPS
Joining the Canadian Armed Forces in 2004, Lt. Jenn Martin works at HMCS York in Toronto, overseeing naval communicators. She was deployed to Afghanistan in 2010, where she worked alongside the Afghan Border Police recruiting, training and graduating women border police in a first-ever co-ed program. For every home game this season, the Toronto Maple Leafs Alumni Association is donating a pair of tickets, a Leafs jersey, food and refreshments to members of the Canadian Armed Forces, who will be honoured at each game.
