What happened to the other boy

Peter Whitmore abducted his hostage, who was then 14 years old, after managing to remove him from his parents. Alone with the boy on a camping trip, Whitmore showed the boy explicit child pornography and then forced him repeatedly to perform sexual acts, court records show. He later used the boy to befriend Zachary Miller, who was then 10 years old, and assist in kidnapping him. When finally surrounded by police days later, Whitmore surrendered and let the 14-year-old boy go.
