East York Town Centre: Empty. Landlord: Morguard REIT. Lawrence Square: The space is being transforme­d into a Marshalls, Home Sense and Pet Smart opening in May. Landlord: RioCan Holdings Inc. Stockyards: A Nations supermarke­t is slated to open on the site in early 2017. Landlord: RioCan Holdings Inc. Shoppers World Danforth: A Lowe’s is under constructi­on in the space vacated by Target and is scheduled to open in July. Landlord: RioCan Holdings Ltd. Sheridan Centre: Currently vacant. No new tenant has been announced. Landlord: Bentall Kennedy LP Milton Mall: This former Target location here is slated for a Lowe’s, which announced last summer that it would open 14 new stores, including 12 at former Targets. Landlord: Bentall Kennedy LP. Aurora Shopping Centre: A Canadian Tire is slated to open. Landlord: Morguard REIT. Burlington Mall: A Denninger’s Foods and three other unnamed anchors scheduled to open in July. Landlord: RioCan Holdings Inc.
