Stockyards: A Nations supermarket is slated to open on the site in early 2017. Landlord: RioCan Holdings Inc. Shoppers World Danforth: A Lowe’s is under construction in the space vacated by Target and is scheduled to open in July. Landlord: RioCan Holdings Ltd. Sheridan Centre: Currently vacant. No new tenant has been announced. Landlord: Bentall Kennedy LP Milton Mall: This former Target location here is slated for a Lowe’s, which announced last summer that it would open 14 new stores, including 12 at former Targets.
