Guy Lavergne is a spokesman for the National Firearms Associatio­n. A March 28 article about legislatio­n in Quebec to create a provincial gun registry misspelled his surname. As well, the article stated the associatio­n has 7,000 Canadian members. In fact, according to NFA president Sheldon Clare, the associatio­n has 7,000 members in Quebec and 72,000 nationally.

The Eiffel Tower was not lit up in the colours of the Pakistani flag following the Easter Sunday bombing in Lahore, Pakistan. A March 29 Opinion column about western bias when terrorist attacks occur included incorrect informatio­n.
