White Sox pitcher gets 80 games
NEW YORK— Chicago White Sox pitcher Kameron Loe has received an 80game suspension for a positive test under baseball’s minor league drug program. A nine-year big league veteran, Loe signed with the White Sox on March 3 and is on the roster of Triple-A Charlotte. He tested positive for dehydrochlormethyltestosterone metabolite and methasterone, the commissioner’s officer said Tuesday. The 34-year-old, 6-foot-9 right-hander is 34-43 with a 4.49 ERA in his career.
