Housing prices continue climb … Marking a year-long growth streak, the New Housing Price Idex increased another 0.2 per cent in March. Metropolitan areas driving the advance were the combined region of Toronto and Oshawa as well as Vancouver, both of which experienced a 0.4-per-cent uptick. Builders attributed these gains to market conditions.
