Girl, 3, critical after being pulled from pool

A toddler remains in critical, but stable, condition in hospital after she was pulled without vital signs from a pool in Scarboroug­h Tuesday.

Emergency responders received a call at 5:13 p.m. about an incident at a home on Vivian Rd., near Midland Ave. and St. Clair Ave. E.

The girl, who is believed to be about 3 years old, was revived by paramedics who performed CPR on her.

She was taken to the Hospital for Sick Children, where she is in critical but stable condition said police.
