Raps lose Wright with shoulder tear
Delon Wright’s second season with the Toronto Raptors won’t start until at least December. The point guard. who dislocated his right shoulder on July 16 in a Summer League game in Las Vegas, needed arthroscopic surgery to fix a tear in the shoulder and is expected to miss at least four months. Wright spent most of his rookie season on the bench but showed potential late in the season. The 20th pick in last year’s draft averaged 3.8 points, 1.4 rebounds, 1.1 assists and 8.5 minutes in 27 games. He also suited up for 15 games with Raptors 905 in the D-League, where he averaged 17.7 points.
