L.A. flight to Toronto diverted to Denver

More than 100 people on an American Airlines flight from Los Angeles to Toronto were safe Sunday night after the plane was diverted to Denver International airport because of an odour on board.

An airport spokesperson said the plane landed in Denver after the crew reported a mechanical issue. Maintenance crews were investigating the cause.
