An Oct. 25 article about A Great Day in Harlem, an Oscar-nominated documentary based on an iconic photo of jazz greats on the steps of a Harlem school in 1958, mistakenly said the photo showed musician Dizzy Gillespie sitting on the sidewalk next to neighbourhood boys. In fact, the man sitting on the sidewalk is Count Basie. Dizzy Gillespie is the man seen on the far right with his tongue sticking out. The men were also misidentified in the photo caption.
