Honda Pilot crossover gets refresh

- Jodi Lai AutoGuide.com

The new Honda Pilot hasn’t been out for that long, but the three-row crossover is already being refreshed.

The 2017 Honda Pilot gets Apple CarPlay and Android Auto compatibility, along with a new touchscreen that is resistant to fingerprints.

There’s still no volume knob, but not having to look at a touchscreen full of greasy fingerprints is definitely a welcome change. The eight-inch touchscreen is also glare-resistant.

The Honda Pilot can hold up to eight passengers and is powered by a 3.5-litre V6 with 280 horsepower and 262 lbs.-ft. of torque.

The engine can be paired to a sixspeed automatic, or a nine-speed unit in upper trim lines.

The 2017 Honda Pilot also gets a new interior colour option, with a black interior now being offered on all trims.
