Re A good start on court delays, Editorial Dec. 5 It is a good start for criminal cases. However your editorial does not address the court delay crisis and other problems in family and civil law. These three different legal systems need reform now. Over half of divorcing spouses are not represented by a lawyer or paralegal or assisted by a social worker to deal with the complications of family law. Civil law has similar problems as well.
