Johnson due back for Wells Fargo
WILMINGTON, N.C.— Dustin Johnson’s injured back must be feeling better. The world’s No. 1 player, who pulled out of the Masters at the last minute after a fall down stairs at his rental home in Augusta, said he’ll return to the PGA Tour at the Wells Fargo Championships starting May 4. Before his accident, Johnson was among the favourites for last week’s major after winning three straight tournaments. Johnson said then he had planned to take three weeks off after Augusta.
