Willy resurfaces with Alouettes
MONTREAL— The Alouettes signed veteran quarterback Drew Willy, cut recently by the Argonauts, to a oneyear contract Monday. In 16 games with Toronto and Winnipeg last season, Willy completed 214 of 304 passes for 2,154 yards and eight TDs with five interceptions. In 76 CFL games he has completed 727 of 1,085 passes for 8,539 yards with 39 touchdowns and 29 interceptions. The Argos traded a first-round pick, which wound up being No. 1 overall, for Willy late last season.
