Murphy sparks homer barrage

-

CINCINNATI— Daniel Murphy hit two of Washington’s five home runs and racked up five RBIs in the Nationals’ 14-4 win over the Cincinnati Reds on Sunday. Ex-Jay Adam Lind and Jose Lobaton added two-run shots and Anthony Rendon had a solo homer, his third blast in two games. The Nationals have hit 10 home runs in the series, the sixth time since moving from Montreal in 2005 that they’ve hit at least that many in a four-game series.
