Garaoppolo wins first start for Niners

-

CHICAGO— Robbie Gould kicked his fifth field goal of the day in the closing seconds, while Jimmy Garoppolo threw for 293 yards in his first San Francisco start, to lead the 49ers past the Bears 15-14. Garoppolo, whom the 49ers (2-10) acquired from New England in October, was 26-of-37 passing with one interception. Chicago (3-9) has lost five in a row, but Tarik Cohen, with a 61-yard return TD, became the first rookie with rushing, receiving, passing and punt return TDs in a season since Gale Sayers in 1965
