Pope Francis needs a reality check

I had to laugh (well scoff, really) when I read that Pope Francis has been advising (and I paraphrase) not to make money, career or success the basis for one’s whole life.

Just how did he get to be a powerful man reigning over a very rich Vatican?

A fraction of what his gold-trimmed garments and his Swiss Guards cost would feed and house a great number of people.
