Unsavoury topping costly for vendor

Jaylon Kerley, a 21year-old food vendor at Comerica Park, pleaded guilty to two food law violations after video surfaced showing him spitting on a pizza apparently intended for a customer at a Tigers-Royals game in September. The maximum punishment for Kerley, who was fired by stadium operators and passed tests for communicable diseases, is four years in prison.
