Tuch extension worth $33.25M

The Golden Knights signed forward Alex Tuch to a seven-year, $33.25-million U.S. extension with an annual salary cap hit of $4.75 million. The 22year-old — who hasn’t played this season because of a lowerbody injury — had 37 points last season, adding 10 in 20 playoff games on the way to a Stanley Cup final berth. He was eligible to become a restricted free agent at season’s end. The extension runs through 2025-26.
