Osorio latest Red to undergo surgery

Toronto FC midfielder Jonathan Osorio had sports hernia surgery and is expected to recover in time for pre-season training in January. Jozy Altidore (ankle) and Victor Vazquez (knee) also had surgery in recent weeks. The Bramptonborn Osorio had a career year with 17 goals and eight assists in 43 games. In MLS play, his 10 goals were second only to Sebastian Giovinco (15) among TFC players.
