Re City manager says Toronto homeowners could get ‘second tax bill’ due to Ford government cuts, Online, May 14 It is encouragin­g to see that Toronto’s city manager is suggesting increased taxes, rather than complicity in service cuts, as a response to Doug Ford’s relentless attacks on Toronto’s most vulnerable,

I strongly endorse this idea and would only add that the new tax notices should clearly label the increase as the Ford Attack Response Tax. Doug Ewart, Toronto
