U.S. tops Canada in Nations League

Jordan Morris scored in the second minute, and Gyasi Zardes added two more as the United States beat Canada 4-1 in the CONCACAF Nations League. Canada (3-1-0 in Group A) would have advanced to the final four of the Nations League with a win or a tie against the Americans (21-0). They beat the U.S. 2-0 on Oct. 15 and jumped into sixth in CONCACAF and 69th in the world rankings after that win.
