Places you can bring your child during next week’s strike,

Next week could be a stressful week for parents scrambling to find daycare for their children affected by the teacher strikes. Here are a few options, ranging from hockey to arts camps to coding and skateboard­ing (check to see if there’s space left):

ROM CAMP: For kids between five and 14 years old, the camp features “age-appropriat­e programmin­g, hands-on engaging activities and the opportunit­y to explore the museum’s fascinatin­g galleries of art, culture and nature.” Location: 100 Queens Park Cost: $85 Date: Monday, 8 a.m. to 9 a.m. drop off, camp runs until 4 p.m. Extended hours (costing $12 more) run until 6 p.m.

ARTISTS’ PLAY: Kids ages 3 to 16 years old will “dance and do circus in the morning and there will be arts and crafts stations, games, and a movie in the afternoon.” Location: 401 Logan Ave. Date: Monday, 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Cost: $60 for the day; aftercare is available until 6 p.m. at an additional cost of $15.

> LITTLE ROBOT FRIENDS: The group teaches kids age 7 and up about coding, electronic­s and how technology works. Location: 1832 Danforth Ave. Date: Monday, Tuesday, 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Cost: $50

> BLUE CROW GALLERY INC: Painting and games for students in Grades 1 to 8. Location: 1610 Gerrard St. E. Date: Monday, 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.

Cost: $60

> SHINING STARS PERFORMING ARTS: Includes “daily crafts, games, literacy, and numeracy activities as well as free play, quiet time and outdoor time.”

Location: 852 Eglinton Ave. E.

Cost: $70 (more for extended hours)

Dates: Monday, Wednesday and Friday (Jan. 24) from 8:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.

> THE MAKE STATION: Art projects. Location: 1925 Gerrard St. E. Cost: $65, $45 for half-day

Date: Monday, 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.

Notes: Bring your own lunch. Full day is five projects, halfday is three.

> IMPACT SKATEBOARD CLUB: Available for kids six years old and up.

Location: 1430 Birchmount Rd. Cost: $60 Date: Monday, 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. (extended hours available for extra cost)

> CENTRE CAMP: The Schwartz/Reisman Centre (Jewish Community Centre) hosts a strike camp for kids in junior kindergart­en to Grade 8 with swimming, games and more. Location: 9600 Bathurst St. Cost: $45 Date: Monday, from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. (extended hours available for extra cost)

> ARTS UNLEASHED: Modified Camp Day where kids can take part in “original live plays, set and prop design, improv and creative free play.” Location: 376 Kingston Rd. Cost: $60 per day Dates: Monday and Tuesday, 8:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. (extended hours to 5 p.m. available for extra $10)

> WAVE HOCKEY CAMP: Open to all ages and skill levels. Two on-ice sessions and dry land training. Location: 1179 Northside Rd. Date: Tuesday, 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.; 7:30 a.m. dropoff, pickup from 4 p.m. to 5 p.m. Cost: $80 Notes: No lunch plan/snacks being offered.

> RIPLEY’S AQUARIUM: Play tourist for the day and head down to the aquarium to scoop some strike day specials.

Location: 288 Bremner Boulevard

Cost: 40 per cent off for adults, and $10 for kids who show their student IDs on Monday.
