Silver lays out return scenarios
LOS ANGELES— NBA commissioner Adam Silver presented multiple return-to-play scenarios during a call with the board of governors and set a target date of July 31 for games to resume, the Los Angeles Times reported. No decisions were made on a format, with the league still considering bringing back all 30 teams to finish the regular season. A recent survey of NBA GMs found a little over half support returning with just the 16 teams in playoff positions.
