TSO MUSICAL MOMENT

Assistant principal second violin Eri Kosaka has chosen a piece that evokes the joys of the season. “The Bee,” written by the 19th-century composer François Schubert. It has been Eri’s favourite piece since she was nine years old. Eri is joined by her mother on piano, appearing virtually from Tokyo. The Musical Moment, produced by the TSO and the Star, features musicians performing pieces from home. A new video is posted every Thursday at thestar.com/musicalmoments.
