Mandatory mask-wearing is the right path for Ontario

Ontario should make masks mandatory indoors, with a stiff fine for non-compliance and not allow loopholes.

When I see that guy walking around a store with a mask below his mouth, I can predict that individual who is thumbing a nose at medical advice and store policy is probably breaking more pandemic rules when out of sight. Give him a wake-up call that we are serious.

Don’t allow undocumented use of the “I can’t breathe” loophole. Those people need to carry a doctor’s note. Let’s send the message that avoiding another lockdown is worth a small inconvenience. Russell Pangborn, Keswick
