Munoz goes low, Woods subpar

Sebastian Munoz led the PGA Zozo Championsh­ip by one shot after an opening 64 that included a pair of eagles from a combined distance of 219 yards. Meanwhile, Tiger Woods, who has won five times on the Sherwood Country Club layout in Thousand Oaks, Calif., made bogey or worse on three parfives in a single day for the first time in 1,277 rounds as a pro and was 12 shots back. Said Munoz: “Not a normal round.”
