OK, so can elderly drivers find refresher courses?

I am over 80 and agree completely. It is my decision not to drive at night, and I also realize that my response time is not what it used to be.

I would love to take a refresher driving course and also the anti-skid course, but there is no senior’s rate for either. Any suggestions?
