The Conservative party just lost this longtime voter

I’m in my 60s and have been by and large — in both federal and provincial elections — a Conservative voter for the past 40 years.

My wife and I are fully vaccinated and believe in the science of vaccines.

This time around in the coming election and in the next provincial one to follow, my vote will be for someone other than the Conservative candidate.

The Conservative party of Erin O’Toole and the PC party of Doug Ford are just plain wrong on both vaccine mandates and vaccine passports.

I won’t go into a long-winded explanation for my reasons for thinking this, because everyone already knows the need for vaccines and getting vaccinated.

Both the federal Conservatives and their Ontario counterparts deserve to be losers in their prospective elections because of these stances.
