Vaccination certificates will help slow COVID’s spread
Re Why does Ontario’s vaccine passport seem built to fail?, Sept. 24
I firmly believe this decision to use vaccine certificates will steer us in the right direction to prevent the spread of COVID-19.
COVID-19 spreads when people gather, so creating a law where people must show proof of vaccination before getting involved in these indoor activities should slow the spread of the virus.
It would be best to have opportunities where the unvaccinated can still be served by businesses despite having no proof of vaccination.
I’m well aware that vaccine certificates cause a hassle, not just for the unvaccinated but for business owners.
I hope, with vaccine certificates in effect, the sacrifices made through numerous lockdowns will pay off.
