‘Drag Race’ judge hosts new series

Celebrity stylist and “Canada’s Drag Race” judge Brad Goreski hosts a new video series celebratin­g Canadian designers.

Beginning Friday at noon, Amazon Canada’s IGTV will feature six days of videos showcasing designers from across Canada.

They include Vancouver’s Peau de Loup, which specialize­s in androgynou­s clothing for all genders; Toronto’s Alene, which adapts fashion trends into more modest options; Montreal’s Atelier Murri, which focuses on sustainabi­lity; slow fashion brand Vestige of Vancouver; MAS Montreal, which makes clothes for every body type; and Toni Marlow of Toronto, whose fashions are for women, trans men and non-binary people who were born female.

Each label was also given a $25,000 grant by Amazon Canada to pay forward to someone in the Canadian fashion community.
