If you’ve watched the now iconic Canadian show “Schitt’s Creek,” you’ll likely remember the extravagant mansion the Rose family once called home.

Now, the 24,000-square-foot Toronto residence with 12 bedrooms and 16 bathrooms is up for sale for the price of nearly $22 million.

Known as La Belle Maison and located in Toronto’s exclusive St. Andrews—Windfields neighbourhood at 30 Fifeshire Rd., the residence was constructed less than a decade ago. It has a Sistine Chapel-inspired formal entryway, a family room with an aquarium and a banquet hall suited for 150 people.

“The property is very unique because it has this artisan, authentic European esthetic but meets 21st-century modern home,” said Daniel Milstein, who is working with the Aaron Kirman Group in Beverly Hills, Calif., to market the exclusive listing in the U.S. in collaboration with a Toronto broker.

“It incorporates a true European palace property in a contemporary setting in the city,” he said.

While watching the Emmyaward winning series created by Eugene and Dan Levy (who also star in the show), you may have missed the four-storey elevator, wine cellar, indoor and outdoor salt water swimming pools and the 14 parking spaces in the mansion’s heated circular driveway.

The residence is shown during the pilot episode of the series when the once uber wealthy Rose family is frantically kicked out after going bankrupt when their business manager steals their money.

With no where else to go, they leave their lavish mansion behind and move to a town called Schitt’s Creek.

Listed three weeks ago, this isn’t the first time the property has been up for sale recently. However, its current price reflects demand in the luxury space, according to Milstien.

“The price has jumped around over the past year and there’s been several factors as to where the price has landed but this is where we believe the price is today,” he said, noting that although he’s seen an interest in the property, no offers have officially been brought to the table as of yet.
