ELIZABETH FRANCES (FRAN) CURTIS

It is with great sadness that we announce Fran's passing at Lakeridge Health Oshawa on Tuesday, October 26, 2021. Loving sister of Patricia Pappas and Leona Taylor. Predeceased by parents Anne and Leo Curtis, sisters Jackie DeFalco-Kelly, Irene Dickson and Maureen McCulloch, close friends Linda Collins and Lynne Carman. Fran will be missed by her nephews, nieces, great-nephews and great-nieces.

Fran was born in Toronto and loved living in the GTA. A loyal fan to all the cities sports teams especially The Blue Jays. Fran had a long career of 42 years at the Toronto Star and enjoyed meeting up with her friends at the annual QCC dinner. She loved to travel and took numerous trips with friends and family. Her kindness and warm smile will never be forgotten. Cremation has taken place, with private interment at the Thornton Cemetery, Oshawa.
