If Doug Ford really believes Mike Harris should never have sold Highway 407, there is a clear answer to the problem: Expropriate it.

Pay the owners back what they bought it for. They have more than made their money.

Now is the time for Ford to be bold, and show he is a premier for all and return the highway to the people of Ontario who built it under the brilliant forethought of Bob Rae.
