FRANK DI NUNZIO

Frank passed away peacefully, on August 14, 2022, at the age of 86, surrounded by love and music. He will be cherished forever by his loving wife of almost 60 years, Gina. He was a proud father to Ugo (Tania), and Manrico (Marika). Beloved Nonno to Julian, Jordan, Alex, Stephanie, Jonathan, and Nicolas.

Frank was born in Bojano, Italy, on October 29, 1935, to father, Carlo and mother, Filomena. He was one of 9 children. Family has always been of the utmost importance to Frank. Many nieces and nephews fondly remember happy Sundays spent together in both Canada and Italy. Everyone knows Frank as a gentle and kind soul with an amazing smile and demeanor.

By family trade, Frank was a hair stylist, working first with his brothers and then side-by-side with his loving wife, Gina. Frank enjoyed travelling. His adventures included many trips back to Italy and the Caribbean. His favourite destination was Puerto Vallarta. He was an avid gardener and mushroom hunter. He belonged to many social clubs and loved to play cards. Frank will be held dear in the hearts of family, relatives and many friends.

Visitations will take place at the DeMarco Funeral Home (Woodbridge Chapel) (905-850-9500) (8003 Weston Road, Woodbridge, Ontario), on Thursday, August 18, 2022, from 5-9 p.m. The Funeral Service will be celebrated at Beechwood Cemetery (7241 Jane Street, Concord, Ontario), inside the Mausoleum Chapel on Friday, August 19, 2022, at 11 a.m. Entombment to follow directly after the completion of the Funeral Service.
