• Income Tax Help for Person with Low Income
Thursdays in March and April, 1 to 2:30 p.m.
A volunteer will be available to assist you with your income tax returns while you wait. You must bring your income tax forms with you. Also bring all of your information slips, medical receipts ( you can get a printout from your pharmacy), and any charitable donations slips. This is firstcome first-served, so be prepared to wait.
• Story Time for Tots Friday, March 9, 10:15 a.m. Children aged five and under can drop in every Friday morning to listen to stories. Parents and guardians are expected to stay with their children.

• Mental Health and Well-Being with Dominic Deveau: SelfEsteem and Achieving Purpose Saturday, March 10, 2 to 3 p.m. Dominic Deveau is a trained therapist with a master of Arts in Counselling Psychology from Yorkville University who has done extensive work with trauma, addictions, OCD and other disorders. He will be offering a series of information sessions on mental health and well-being. This session provides an overview of how feelings of low self-worth affect motivation for the work necessary for healthy relationships and achieving desired goals. These sessions are for adults. Register by March 8.
